AITAH for telling my friend repeatedly I don’t know where she can get a husband like mine?

I’m 41 my husband is 43 friend is 38. I’ll say right off the bat I’m a hotwife and me and husband have had this relationship since we met when I was 18.

My friend divorced three years ago and he was her first everything but was also very controlling and controlled how she dressed, what she posted online, he read all her messages and had her phone linked to an iPad he kept on him at all times. After years of us telling her this wasn’t normal she finally listened and got out.

She’s been making up for her missed youth by travelling and going to bars and nightclubs for the first time in her life and has even had a couple of hook ups.

She’s recently decided she’s ready to start looking for someone but she wants a hotwife relationship like mine and is constantly asking me where to meet someone. I said I don’t know, I didn’t seek this, he brought it up early in our relationship and I went with it.

She doesn’t seem to believe me and she’s asking me three or four times a week and seems to think we are part of some secret club where there’s loads of men in to this who we can hook up with our friends. The truth is I don’t know any single men who are in to this and I told her she needs to find some fetish dating sites. I’ve offered to help her set up a profile and help her understand it all. She said no and she wants someone we know!

Last night she came round and started harassing my husband who said he knows plenty of single men for her but doesn’t know what they are in to. She was a bit drunk and got all pouty and said we are purposely blocking her from being happy!

I lost my cool a bit with her and told her that if she brings it up again I’m going to need to take a break from her. This is constant and has to stop! She started crying and my husband took her home and now it’s 6am here and I’ve woken up feeling a bit guilty.

So AITAH?
